Praying With Power

Women of Faith Bible Study – Forward by Patsy Clairmontwomen-of-faith-bible-study-series-pic-of-bible

“Why do I need to pray? It’s never worked for me.”

“When I pray, it feels like my prayer bounces off the ceiling. I don’t think God hears me.”

“Must be some magic formula. I hear people talk about prayers being answered, but I’m clueless.”

If you’ve asked those questions or the mountain of other questions about whether God really hears and answers prayer, then you are in for an eye-opening revelation.

Yes, absolutely, certainly, positively, definitely, completely, assuredly—God Answers Prayer!

Does that answer YOUR questions? Maybe? But, how can you know for sure? Check this out:

Praying with Power

Foreword by Patsy Clairmont

This book is just one of three in a Women of Faith Bible Study Series. The other two topics are:

Giving God Your Future -Foreword by Thelma Wells

Building Your Strength –Foreword by Patsy Clairmont

I’m a firm believer in the power of prayer, so this book captured my interest the moment I read the title. Therefore, each morning, during my quiet time with the Lord, I’ve been using this 12-Lesson Praying with Power Bible study as part of my devotion. The lessons point me to multiple scriptures that will answer every question asked in each chapter. I’m amazed at the depth and simplicity it offers.

Learning what God’s Word says about life, is ongoing. Learning why we pray and how to pray is spiritually satisfying, informative, and useful in daily prayer times.Finding encouragement and the confidence to pray silently or aloud, and discovering a boldness in prayer are additional bonuses contained in this Praying with Power Bible Study.

This book is fabulous for personal growth and an excellent source for small group Bible studies. In fact:

  • One group that forms as a result of reading Praying with Power or Building Your Strengths will be able to participate in a call with Patsy Clairmont.
  • One group that forms as a result of reading Giving God Your Future will be able to participate in a call with Thelma Wells.

Today, I because I love the impact of this prayer study, I am giving away a single copy of each of the three books mentioned in this blog.  Which means…there will be three (3) winners. One winner for Praying with Power, one winner for Giving God Your Future, and one winner for Building Your Strength.

Praying with Power sounds like a great book. I believe in the power of prayer but there are time doubt creeps in. I think this would be a good book to read.
